But, how can a client know its not started when its live and open for betting in Livebet and the 1st quarter is running?
There is no starting time available anymore in Livebet application and neither is the match available for regular betting.
Are you deliberately holding back this information?

You advertised for riskfree Livebet of 5€.
Official confirmed starting time is 01:20.
Regular market is closed.
You opened Livebet market and started taking bets on the match since 01:20, but didnt count them eligible for your own promotion until 01:40?
Which basically created a 20 minute "hole" to get off your responsibilities for all bets taken during that period.

Do you deny this?

Makes me wonder about your customer policy and what would Consumer Protection Office make of this.

please click "my account" find the bet, click on it, and on the green line you will see the time you registered the ticket, and next to the game you will see the time when game should start and you will see that your bet placed 5 minutes before the start of the game.

I placed the bet on Livebet - by that time, there wasn´t even possible to place a bet on regular Sportsbook.
